On the same day, the Service for Foreigners' Affairs arrested the author and placed him in the immigration centre in Sarajevo until 3 June 2009 on the grounds that he was considered a threat to the legal system, public order, peace and security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and of reasonable doubt regarding his real identity, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 2 (b) and (c), of the Law on Movement and Stay of Aliens and Asylum.
