وختاما، اسمحوا لي أن أؤكد أنـــه بناء على الالتزام اﻹقليمي بعدم الانتشار والشفافيـــة والنهوض بالسلام واﻷمن الدوليين، ينظر بلدا الســــوق المشتركة للمخروط الجنوبي، بوليفيا وشيلي، إلى الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بوصفها مهمة بصفة خاصة في النهوض باستخدام الطاقة النوويـــة في اﻷغراض السلمية، وتعتبر الوكالة فاعلا رئيسيــا فـــي النظــام الدولـــي لعدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية.
