The baseline for an Article 6 project activity is the future scenario of what the GHG emissions or removals by sinks would be in the absence of the project activity, calculated using the validated baseline methodology for the project activity.
45- إن خط الأساس لنشاط مشاريع المادة 6 هو سيناريو المستقبل لما ستكون عليه انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة أو عمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع في غياب نشاط المشروع، محسوباً باستخدام منهجية خط الأساس المصادق عليها لنشاط المشروع.

No future issuances of CERs for the project activity or PoAs shall be allowed where the review and correction of the significant deficiencies in the validation have led to a positive validation opinion changing to a negative validation opinion.
(ب) عدم السماح بأي إصدار جديد لوحدات الخفض المعتمد لنشاط المشروع أو لبرنامج الأنشطة إذا أدى استعراض وتصويب أوجه القصور المهمة في تقرير التصديق إلى تحول الرأي الإيجابي بشأن التصديق إلى رأي سلبي.

If applicable, resume issuance of CERs for the project activity or PoA for which significant deficiencies were ultimately not determined or for which corrections to the validation, verification or certification report(s) have been made in accordance with subparagraph (a) above to meet CDM requirements.

49. Where the certification report has not been provided in accordance with paragraph 33 above, the lCERs issued for the project activity shall be replaced.
50- وفي حالة عدم تقديم تقرير الاعتماد وفقا للفقرة 33 أعلاه، يتعين الاستعاضة عن وحدات التخفيض المعتمد الطويلة الأجل الصادرة من أجل نشاط المشروع.
