)ن( العملة التي ستستخدم لغرض تقييم الاقتراحات والمقارنة بينها؛ وإما سعر الصرف الذي سيستخدم لتحويل أسعار الاقتراحات الى تلك العملة أو بيانا بأن سعر الصرف الذي تعلنه مؤسسة مالية معينة ويكون سائدا في تاريخ معين هو الذي سيستخدم؛
