for the purposes of this Act, the following are considered to be mandated persons:

This definition applies when determining whether someone is disabled for the purposes of this Act.

" 1. for the purposes of this Act, `crimes against humanity'means any of the following acts when knowingly committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population:

" Article 3. for the purposes of this Act, `illegal funds' shall mean funds directly or indirectly emanating from or relating to any of the following offences:
المادة (3): لأغراض هذا القانون تكون الأموال غير مشروعة إذا كانت متحصلة أو متعلقة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر بأي من الجرائم التالية:

for the purposes of this Act, `minor'shall mean a child, a foetus, anyone whom a court has deemed to be partially or totally lacking in legal capacity and an absent or missing person, unless otherwise indicated by the context. "
ثانياً- يقصد بالقاصر لأغراض هذا القانون الصغير والجنين ومن تقرر المحكمة أنه ناقص الأهلية أو فاقدها والغائب والمفقود، إلا إذا دلت القرينة على خلاف ذلك " .

5. for the purposes of this Act, " soldier " means any person who is a member of the Iraqi armed forces and is pursuing a career in military service, whether as an officer, as a volunteer or as a student at a military college, military school, army vocational training centre or military establishment.
خامساً - يقصد بالعسكري لأغراض هذا القانون كل من ينتسب إلى القوات المسلحة العراقية ويتخذ من الخدمة العسكرية مهنة له سواء أكان ضابطاً أم متطوعاً أم طالباً في إحدى الكليات العسكرية أو المدارس العسكرية أو مراكز التدريب المهني في الجيش أو في مؤسسة عسكرية.

Article 1 (fifth) of the same Act states that, for the purposes of this Act, the word " soldier " shall mean any person who joins the Iraqi armed forces and makes military service his profession, whether as an officer, volunteer or student in a military, academy, school, army vocational training centre or military institution.
والمادة 1 (خامساً) من القانون ذاته على ما يلي " يقصد بالعسكري لأغراض هذا القانون كل من ينتسب إلى القوات المسلحة العراقية ويتخذ من الخدمة العسكرية مهنة له سواء أكان ضابطاً أم كان متطوعاً أم كان طالباً في إحدى الكليات العسكرية أو المدارس العسكرية أو مراكز التدريب المهني في الجيش أو في مؤسسة عسكرية " .
