for the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them hereunder:
لأغراض هذا الاتفاق. تحمل المصطلحات التالية المعاني المحددة لها أدناه:

16. Indicator price is the representative indicator of the international price of cocoa used for the purposes of this Agreement and computed in accordance with the provisions of article 33;

Daily price is the representative indicator of the international price of cocoa used for the purposes of this Agreement and computed in accordance with the provisions of article 40;
6- السعر اليومي يعني المؤشر التمثيلي للسعر الدولي للكاكاو المستخدم لأغراض هذا الاتفاق والمحسوب طبقا لأحكام المادة 40؛

(c) “The Government” means the Government of the Republic of Colombia; for the purposes of this Agreement, the Government is understood to represent the Colombian State;
)ج( " الحكومة " يُقصد بها حكومة جمهورية كولومبيا؛ وﻷغراض هذا الاتفاق يُفهم أن الحكومة تمثل دولة كولومبيا؛

For the purposes of this Agreement:
لأغراض هذا الاتفاق:

(a) have a need to know for the purposes of this Agreement (and only to the extent that each has a need to know); and
(أ) ينبغـي لهم معرفتها لأغراض هذا الاتفاق (وذلك في حدود حاجة كل منهم إلى معرفتها فقط)؛
