CODE OF PRACTICE for the treatment of confidential information IN THE TECHNICAL REVIEW OF GREENHOUSE GAS INVENTORIES FROM PARTIES INCLUDED IN ANNEX I TO THE CONVENTION

Decides to apply and give full effect to the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information, as contained in annex II to decision 12/CP.9, for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
5- يقرر تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية كما وردت في المرفق الثاني للمقرر 12/م أ-9 وإعمالها بالكامل في عمليات استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

4. Decides to extend the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol2 to the review of assigned amount information under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol.
4- يقرر تمديد العمل بمدونة الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية لاستعراض قوائم الجرد بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو() لتشمل استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بوحدات الكمية المسندة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

(b) To adopt, with any amendments, the code of practice submitted to it by the Committee for the treatment of confidential information by the Committee;
(ب) أن يعتمد أي تعديلات، ومدونة الممارسات المقدمة إليه من جانب اللجنة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية بواسطة اللجنة؛

4. Adopts the " Code of practice for the treatment of confidential information in the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention " (Annex I Parties) contained in annex II to this decision;
4- يعتمد " مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية في الاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية " ، الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر؛

Adopts the " Code of practice for the treatment of confidential information in the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention " (Annex I Parties) contained in annex II to this decision;
4- يعتمد " مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية في الاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية " ، الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر؛

In accordance with decision 12/CP.9 the secretariat developed procedures to implement the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information during the inventory review.
15- وفقاً للمقرر 12/م أ-9، وضعت الأمانة إجراءات لتنفيذ مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية خلال عملية استعراض قوائم الجرد.

Confidentiality procedures have been developed to implement the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information during the inventory review2 in 2004 and beyond.
(د) وُضعت إجراءات خاصة بالمحافظة على السرية من أجل تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية خلال عملية استعراض قوائم الجرد(2) في عام 2004 وما بعده.

Requests the secretariat to facilitate timely access by expert review teams to information during these reviews, in accordance with the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information adopted by decision 12/CP.9;
2- تطلب إلى الأمانة أن تيسر اطّلاع أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض على المعلومات في وقت مناسب أثناء عمليات الاستعراض هذه، وفقاً لمدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية التي اعتُمدت بموجب المقرر 12/م أ-9؛

1. The secretariat will follow the " Code of practice for the treatment of confidential information in the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention " [...].
1 - ستتبع الأمانة " مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية خلال الاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية " [...].

2. Independent of the " Code of practice for the treatment of confidential information in the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention " , all secretariat staff are subject to United Nations regulations and standards of conduct, even after termination of the employment contract.
2 - فضلاً عن " مدونة قواعد الممارسة لمعالجة المعلومات السرية خلال الاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة بالمرفق الأول للاتفاقية " ، يخضع جميع موظفي الأمانة لقواعد ومعايير السلوك، حتى بعد إنهاء عقود عملهم.

Decides to extend the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol2 to the review of assigned amount information under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol.
4- يقرر تمديد العمل بمدونة الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية لاستعراض قوائم الجرد بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو() لتشمل استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بوحدات الكمية المسندة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

5. Decides to apply and give full effect to the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information as contained in annex II to decision -/CP.9 (Issues relating to the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories) for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
5- يقرر تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية كما وردت في المرفق الثاني للمقرر .../م أ-9 (القضايا المتصلة بالاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة) وإعمالها بالكامل في عمليات استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

Requests Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) whose inventories contain information that is designated as confidential to provide this information during centralized and in-country reviews, at the request of an expert review team, in accordance with the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information adopted by decision 12/CP.9;
1- يطلب إلى الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول من الاتفاقية (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول) التي تتضمن قوائم جردها معلومات نُعتت بالسرية أن تقدم هذه المعلومات أثناء الاستعراضين المركزي والمحلي، بناء على طلب فريق لخبراء الاستعراض، وفقا لمدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية والمعتمدة بموجب المقرر 12/م أ-9؛
