It recommends that the State party pay special attention to refugee and asylumseeking children who may have been involved in or affected by armed conflict, by identifying these children at the earliest possible stage and providing them with multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
وتوصي الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص للأطفال طالبي اللجوء واللاجئين الذين قد يقعون فريسة نزاع مسلح أو يتضررون منه وذلك بتحديد من هم هؤلاء الأطفال في أبكر مرحلة ممكنة وبتوفير المساعدة لهم من شتى الاختصاصات من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً ومن أجل إعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

(b) Carefully examine the situation of refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant children who have been recruited or used in hostilities and provide them with immediate multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration in accordance with article 6, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol;
(ب) التأني في دراسة حالة الأطفال اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء والمهاجرين الذين قد يكونون جندوا أو استخدموا في أعمال قتالية وتزويدهم بمساعدة فورية متعددة التخصصات من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 3 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري؛

(c) Provide affected children with multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
(ج) تقديم مساعدة متعددة التخصصات للأطفال المتضررين من أجل تعافيهم البدني والنفسي وإعادة اندماجهم اجتماعياً.

The Committee further recommends that the State party develop protocols and specialized services to ensure that such children are provided with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
وتوصي كذلك بأن تستحدث الدولة الطرف بروتوكولات وخدمات متخصصة لضمان حصول هؤلاء الأطفال على المساعدة المناسبة لتعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

States Parties shall, when necessary, accord to these persons all appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.

The Committee also recommends that the State party ensure that victims of abduction receive assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمساعدة الضحايا على التعافي البدني والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

Such measures should include careful assessment of their situation, reinforcement of the legal advisory services available to them, and provision of immediate, culturally responsive, child-sensitive and multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration, in accordance with the Optional Protocol.

289. The Committee requests that the State party provide information in its next report on refugee and migrant children within its jurisdiction that may have been involved in hostilities in their home country and the assistance provided for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
289- تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها التالي معلومات عن الأطفال اللاجئين والمهاجرين الخاضعين لولايتها والذين يمكن أن يكونوا قد شاركوا في أعمال حربية في بلدان منشئهم، وعن المساعدة المقدمة من أجل تأمين تعافيهم البدني والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

(c) Provide children who have been or may have been involved in armed conflict with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
(ج) تقديم مساعدة مناسبة للأطفال الذين شاركوا أو ربما أُشرِكوا في النزاعات المسلّحة من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

16. In light of article 6, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol, the Committee recommends that the State party develop protocols and specialized services to ensure that child victims are provided with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
16- في ضوء الفقرة 3 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بوضع بروتوكولات وإنشاء خدمات متخصصة لضمان تقديم المساعدة المناسبة للأطفال الضحايا من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

The Committee further recommends that the State party take measures to provide these children with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير لتقديم المساعدة اللازمة لهؤلاء الأطفال من أجل تعافيهم البدني والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

Provide children who have a right to assistance, recovery and social reintegration with specific, culturally and child-sensitive assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration;

It further recommended that Poland take measures to provide these children with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.

20. The Committee encourages the State party to establish an identification mechanism for children who may have been recruited or used in hostilities, and take the necessary measures for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
20- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنشئ آلية لتحديد هؤلاء الأطفال الذين ربما جنّدوا أو استخدموا في أعمال قتالية وبأن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لتعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

Measures should also be taken to provide victims with support services for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration, in a gender-sensitive manner.
وينبغي أيضاً اتخاذ تدابير لتوفير خدمات الدعم للضحايا من أجل مساعدتهم على التعافي البدني والنفسي وعلى إعادة اندماجهم في المجتمع، بصورة تراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين.

16. The Committee regrets the insufficient measures taken to identify children, including refugee and asylum-seeking children, who may have been recruited or used in hostilities abroad, as well as inadequate measures taken for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
16- تأسف اللجنة لعدم كفاية التدابير المتخذة لتحديد الأطفال، بمن فيهم الأطفال اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء، الذين سبق تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال عدائية بالخارج، فضلا عن عدم كفاية التدابير المتخذة من أجل التعافي البدني والنفسي وإعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي.

The Committee also calls upon the State party to fulfil its obligations to provide demobilized boys and girls with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
كما تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى الوفاء بالتزاماتها بتقديم المساعدة المناسبة للفتيان والفتيات المسرحين من الجيش بما يمكنهم من التعافي الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.
