40. The Committee notes that, despite the measures taken by the State party in this regard, such as the provision of counselling services, physical and psychosocial recovery and social reintegration measures for victims of offences under the Optional Protocol remain inadequate.
40- تلاحظ اللجنة أنه رغم التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد، مثل تقديم خدمات المشورة، لا تزال تدابير التعافي البدني والنفسي الاجتماعي وتدابير إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي المقدمة لضحايا الجرائم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري غير كافية.

Assistance to and protection for victims of offences were provided for under domestic legislation in all reporting States except Burundi, the Central African Republic, Comoros, the Congo (no assistance was provided for victims receiving international humanitarian aid), the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Finland, Ireland, Mauritius, Monaco, Panama, Romania and Trinidad and Tobago.
