1. Attainment of equal rights of children and adolescents with respect to other members of society, in accordance with pertinent legislation, and the fight against all forms of discrimination against children based on race, colour, sex, language, religion, political opinion, nationality, age, economic and social condition, immigration status of the child or its parents, and any other condition.

CRC also recommended that Jordan prevent and prohibit all forms of discrimination against children with disabilities and ensure equal opportunities for their full participation in all spheres of life.
كما أوصت اللجنة الأردن بمنع وحظر جميع أشكال التمييز ضد الأطفال المعوقين وكفالة مساواتهم في فرص المشاركة التامة في جميع مجالات الحياة(43).

(a) To prevent and prohibit all forms of discrimination against children with disabilities and ensure that they have equal opportunities for full participation in all spheres of life by implementing the relevant domestic laws and including disability-related aspects in all relevant policy-making and national planning;

(b) Prevent and prohibit all forms of discrimination against children with disabilities, including by raising awareness of their rights, special needs and potential, and ensure equal opportunities for their full participation in all spheres of life;

The Committee reiterates its recommendation (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2, para. 63) that the State party ensure that all forms of discrimination against children living with HIV/AIDS are eliminated.
29- تكرر اللجنة توصيتها (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2، الفقرة 63) بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد الأطفال المصابين بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز.

The Committee reminds Macao, China that the absence of formal complaints does not imply that children are not discriminated against in its jurisdiction and recommends that it actively seek information on discrimination, especially with respect to children who are vulnerable to discrimination, and pursue all legislative and policy measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination against children.
وتذكّر اللجنة ماكاو الصينية بأن عدم وجود شكاوى رسمية لا يعني أن الأطفال لا يتعرضون للتمييز داخل نطاق ولايتها القضائية، وتوصيها بالسعي بشكل فعلي للحصول على معلومات عن التمييز، ولا سيما بشأن الأطفال المعرضين للتمييز، واتخاذ جميع التدابير التشريعية وتدابير السياسة العامة للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد الأطفال.

(a) To prevent and prohibit all forms of discrimination against children with disabilities and ensure that they have equal opportunities to participate fully in all spheres of life, by implementing the domestic laws and taking disability into account in all relevant policy-making and national planning;
(أ) منع وحظر جميع أشكال التمييز ضد الأطفال المعوقين وكفالة حصولهم على فرص متكافئة للمشاركة بشكل تام في جميع مضامير الحياة عن طريق تطبيق قوانين البلد ومراعاة الإعاقة عند وضع جميع السياسات ذات الصلة وفي التخطيط الوطني؛

41. The Committee urges the State party to remove the concept of " illegitimate children " , which is unacceptable in a modern society, from legislation and practice, urgently to take legislative and administrative measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination against children born out of wedlock, and further to restore the Covenant rights of persons so affected (arts. 2 (2) and 10).
41- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تلغي من التشريعات والممارسات مفهوم " الأطفال غير الشرعيين " غير المقبول في مجتمع حديث، وأن تتخذ على سبيل الاستعجال تدابير تشريعية وإدارية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد الأطفال المولودين خارج نطاق الزواج، وكذلك أن تعيد الحقوق المبينة في العهد للأشخاص المتضررين من ذلك التمييز (المادتان 2 (2) و10).

The Committee further recommends that the State party take effective measures to prevent and punish forms of discrimination against children of same-sex families and ensure that these children receive proper counselling services, if necessary, in schools.
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف تدابير فعالة لمنع أشكال التمييز ضد أطفال الأسر المثلية والمعاقبة عليها وتكفل حصول هؤلاء الأطفال على خدمات المشورة الملائمة في المدارس، إذا استلزم الأمر ذلك.
