49 - ورغم أن كميات المواد المستنفدة للأوزون التي تزود بها السفن أثناء مكوثها في المنطقة الجمركية معفاة من الرسوم والضرائب فإن من الواجب، وفقاً للممارسات الموصى بها،() تسجيلها في أي لائحة ذات صلة تطلبها سلطات الجمارك.
