e Under the terms of General Assembly resolution 50/212 of 5 June 1996, the Member States were asked to waive their respective shares in the credit arising from previous budgets of UNPROFOR in the total amount of $17,074,836, which was transferred to the special account established for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.

Further, the draft resolution would decide that Member States should waive their respective shares in the credits arising from previous budgets of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda in the total amount of $3,804,950 gross ($3,545,300 net) and that an equivalent amount should be apportioned among Member States in accordance with the scale of assessments for the year 1996.
وقد تقرر كذلك أن تتنازل الدول اﻷعضاء عن الجزء العائد لها من الاعتمادات المتبقية من الميزانيات السابقة لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا المقدر بمبلغ إجماليه ٩٥٠ ٨٠٤ ٣ دولارا )صافيه ٣٠٠ ٥٤٥ ٣ دولار( وأن يقسم على الدول اﻷعضاء مبلغ مماثل طبقا لجدول اﻷنصبة المقرر لعام ١٩٩٦.

20. Decides further that Member States shall waive their respective shares in the remaining credits arising from previous budgets of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda in the amount of 9,201,250 dollars gross (7,551,850 dollars net), to be transferred to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda from the Special Account for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda;
٢٠ - تقرر كذلك أن تتنازل الدول اﻷعضاء عن حصة كل منها في المبالغ الدائنة المتبقية من الميزانيات السابقة لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا التي يبلغ إجماليها ٢٥٠ ٢٠١ ٩ دولارا )صافيها ٨٥٠ ٥١٥ ٧ دولارا(، وأن يحول ذلك المبلغ إلى الحساب الخاص للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا من الحساب الخاص لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا؛

In the area of budgetary and financial matters, the Meeting had also reviewed and taken decisions on issues ranging from savings from previous budgets of the Tribunal and the staff assessment fund of the Tribunal to the transfer of funds between appropriation sections of the budget and the Working Capital Fund when necessary to deal with cases.
