Pursuant to Act No. 80-572 of 25 July 1980 on the protection and monitoring of nuclear material, the manufacture, possession, transfer, use and transport of fusible, fissionable or breeder nuclear material are subject to authorization and monitoring.
يشترط القانون 80-572 المؤرخ 25 تموز/يوليه 1980 المتعلق بحماية المواد النووية ومراقبتها استصدار تصريح باستحداث مواد نووية تفجيرية أو انشطارية أو مخصبة وحيازتها واستعمالها وتحويل وجهتها. ويخضع القانون هذه الأنشطة للمراقبة.

(a) To avoid unnecessary confinement, each portable tank constructed of metal shall be fitted with a pressure-relief device that may be of the reclosing spring loaded type, a frangible disc or a fusible element.
