On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit herewith the " Special communiqué on the Malvinas Islands " , adopted by the Heads of State and Government of Latin America and the Caribbean, gathered in Caracas on 3 December 2011 within the framework of the Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (see annex).
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، يشرفني أن أحيل طيه ' ' بيانا خاصا بشأن جزر مالفيناس`` اعتمده رؤساء دول وحكومات أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي، المجتمعين في كاراكاس في 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، في إطار مؤتمر قمة جماعة دول أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي (انظر المرفق).
