Three proposals for the listing of certain additional wastes in the GHS had been presented to the Harmonized System Committee at its thirty-second session in November 2003 by the Secretariat of the Basel Convention.
18 - قامت أمانة اتفاقية بازل بتقديم ثلاثة مقترحات بإدراج نفايات إضافية معينة في النظام العالمي الموحد إلى لجنة النظام الموحد في دورتها الثانية والثلاثين في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003 وهي:

The Harmonized System Committee, referring to all three categories of waste, felt that the scope of these categories and the criteria for how to identify and distinguish between wastes and the products from which they originated had to be clarified.
وفى معرض إشارتها إلى هذه الفئات الثلاث من النفايات إرتأت لجنة النظام الموحد ضرورة تقديم الإيضاحات بشأن نطاق هذه الفئات ومعايير التعرف عليها والتمييز بين النفايات والمنتجات التي نشأت عنها تلك النفايات.

In its decision BC-10/10, on the review of cooperation with the World Customs Organization (WCO) and its Harmonized System Committee, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention requested the Secretariat to pursue its cooperation with the secretariat of the Organization and the Organization's Harmonized System Committee, Harmonized System Review Subcommittee and Scientific Subcommittee.
