٨٢٢- وترى اللجنة أنه ينبغي بذل مزيد من الجهود للتأكد من أن المبادئ العامة المكرسة في الاتفاقية لا تفيد فقط في توجيه المناقشات المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة وعملية اتخاذ القرارات، بل أن يتم العمل أيضا على دمجها بصورة ملائمة في أي قرارات قضائية أو إدارية وفي وضع وتنفيذ جميع المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها وقع على اﻷطفال.

The Committee further recommends that all other specific programmes and plans that may have an impact on children take this National Plan into account and be properly coordinated with it.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك بأن تؤخذ هذه الخطة الوطنية في الحسبان في كل البرامج والخطط المحددة الأخرى التي قد يكون لها تأثير على الأطفال وأن تُنَسَق هذه البرامج والخطط على نحو ملائم مع الخطة الوطنية.
