There was as a result no consensus among Council members on any of the options put forward by the Secretary-General in his report dated 19 February 2002 (S/2002/178).

5. The Secretary-General, in his report dated 2 May 2001 (S/2001/436) informed the Council that the elections for the Constituent Assembly were scheduled for 30 August 2001.
