The penalty is death if the offence is committed by a group that has used explosives or firearms or if it results in the death of a human being.
وتكون العقوبة الإعدام إذا وقعت الجريمة من عصبة استعملت المواد المتفجرة أو الأسلحة النارية وكذلك إذا أدت إلى موت إنسان.
