In that way, a review year could start in May/June with the global Implementation Forum and end the next year in February/March with the review session.

164. The first Economic Commission for Europe Regional Implementation Forum on Sustainable Development, held in January 2004, assessed the water, sanitation, and human settlements situation in the ECE region.
