27. Article 32 of the Convention, which recognized the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the purpose and objectives of the Convention, provided the normative framework to give persons with disabilities equal opportunities to participate in society and to combat poverty and exclusion.

10. Encourages States and regional integration organizations to facilitate and support capacity-building, including through the exchange and sharing of information, experiences and best practices on national implementation and monitoring of the Convention, in line with the recognition of the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities;
10- يشجع الدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي على تسهيل ودعم بناء القدرات، بوسائل منها تبادل وتقاسم المعلومات والخبرات وأفضل الممارسات بشأن تنفيذ الاتفاقية ورصدها على الصعيد الوطني، وفقاً للاعتراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه دعماً للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى إعمال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؛

First, the importance of international cooperation and its promotion is recognized in the context of its support of national efforts for implementing the Convention and international cooperation is to be directed towards " the realization of the purpose and objectives of the present Convention " .
ففي المقام الأول، أقر بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه في إطار دعمه للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تنفيذ الاتفاقية وأنه يتعين توجيه التعاون الدولي نحو " تحقيق مقاصد هذه الاتفاقية وأهدافها " ().
