Adopts the criteria for evaluating the performance of regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and technology transfer set forth in annex II to the present decision.
5 - يعتمد معايير تقييم أداء المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا، الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر.

Also endorses the nominated Stockholm Convention centre listed in annex II to the present decision as a Stockholm Convention regional or subregional centre for capacity-building and the transfer of technology, in accordance with decision SC-3/12, for a period of four years;
8 - يوافق كذلك على مركز اتفاقية استكهولم المرشح المدرج في المرفق الثاني بهذا المقرر بوصفــه مركـــز إقليمــي أو دون إقليمي لاتفاقية استكهولم لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا، وفقاً للمقرر ا س - 3/12، لفترة مدتها أربع سنوات؛

Decides to evaluate, in accordance with the criteria set out in annex II to decision SC2/9, the performance and sustainability of the centre listed in annex II to the present decision and to reconsider its status as a Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centre for capacitybuilding and the transfer of technology at its eighth meeting;
9 - يقرر أن يقيِّم، وفقاً للمعايير الواردة في المرفق الثاني بالمقرر ا س - 2/9، أداء واستدامة المركز المدرج في المرفق الثاني بهذا المقرر وأن يعيد النظر في اجتماعه الثامن في وضعه كمركز إقليمي ودون إقليمي لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا؛

(b) To recommend provisionally to COP 1 that it adopt the draft decision on the review of first communications from Annex I Parties contained in annex II to the present decision;
)ب( أن توصي مؤقتا مؤتمر اﻷطراف اﻷول بأن يعتمد مشروع المقرر المتعلق باستعراض البلاغات اﻷولى المقدمة من اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول، وهو المشروع الوارد في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر.

2. Further decide that any State listed in annex II to the present decision and any other State which, by 30 September 2012, deposits its instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or notifies the depositary that it will apply the Agreement provisionally when it enters into force, shall be deemed to be listed in annex I to the present decision.
2- تقرر كذلك أن تعتبر أي دولة مدرجة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر وأي دولة أخرى تودع، بحلول 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012، صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، أو تُشعر الوديع بأنها ستطبق الاتفاق مؤقتاً عند بدء نفاذه، دولة مدرجةً في المرفق الأول لهذا المقرر. المرفق الأول

Decide also that any State listed in annex II to the present decision may notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations that it accepts the present decision, and that any State that so notifies the Secretary-General shall be deemed to be listed in annex I to the present decision.

3. Decides that the Governments listed in annex II to the present decision shall each formally designate one expert and, through the Secretariat, provide their names and relevant qualifications to the Parties by 1 December 2004, and that such experts shall serve as members of the Chemical Review Committee on an interim basis, pending formal confirmation of their appointment by the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting;
3 - يقرر أن تقوم كل من الحكومات المحددة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر بتعيين خبير واحد رسمياً وتقديم أسمائهم ومؤهلاتهم عن طريق الأمانة، إلى الأطراف في موعد أقصاه 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 على أن يعمل هؤلاء الخبراء كأعضاء في لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية على أساس مؤقت إلى أن يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية بتثبيت تعيينهم رسمياً؛
