[The project participants are eligible to participate in CDM project activities;]

Compliance with any rules or guidance for participation in CDM project activities established by the Party in which the entity is resident4,18.

Technology transfer in CDM project activities shall be additional to commitments of Parties included in [Annex I] [Annex II] on technology transfer to developing country Parties under the Convention.
