It also believed that Part Two, Chapter IV, and Part Five of the draft articles, which dealt, respectively, with the responsibility of an international organization in connection with the act of a State or another international organization and the responsibility of a State in connection with the conduct of an international organization, were sufficiently similar to be combined in a single chapter.
