99 - تدعو إلى زيادة تعزيز دور التنسيق الذي يضطلع به المنسق المقيم/منسق الشؤون الإنسانية في البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية، بهدف تمكين المنسقين المقيمين من القيام بفعالية وكفاءة بتنسيق الأنشطة التنفيذية التي تضطلع بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة من أجل التنمية في البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة الانتقال من الإغاثة إلى التنمية؛
