41. In paragraphs 33 and 34 of its report, CPC concluded that in future performance reports, more emphasis should be placed on qualitative analysis to reflect achievements in implementing programme activities and recommended that the Secretary-General should be requested to submit proposals on better ways to assess programme implementation.
