The amount of the allowance payable to staff in the Field Service category and in the General Service category shall be shown respectively in the Appendix A to these Rules and the appendix B to these Rules applicable to the duty station.

The Parties to this Agreement by a decision of a meeting of Parties to this Agreement may add to or remove institutions from the list in the Appendix A to this Agreement. Article 10

(a) The rates of dependency allowances applicable to the Field Service category shall be set out in the Appendix A to these Rules.
بدلات اﻹعالة )أ( معدلات بدلات اﻹعالة التي تطبﱠق على موظفي فئة الخدمة الميدانية ترد في التذييل ألف لهذا النظام اﻹداري.

(b) any individual invited as an expert by the respective institutions listed in the Appendix A to this Agreement to appear before meetings of these respective institutions.
(ب) أي فرد تدعوه مؤسسة من المؤسسات المدرجة في التذييل ألف لهذا الاتفاق كخبير لحضور اجتماعاتها.

Without prejudice to their immunities, it is the duty of all individuals represented on institutions listed in the Appendix A to respect the laws and regulations of the country in whose territory they may be on the business of the institution listed in the Appendix A or through whose territory they may pass on such business.

This Agreement shall in no way limit or prejudice the privileges and immunities which have been, or may hereafter be, accorded to individuals represented on any institution listed in the Appendix A by reason of any agreement between the Conference of Parties serving as the meeting of Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with another country with respect to the holding of meetings.

The salary scales and conditions of salary increments for staff members in the Field Service category shall be those set forth in the Appendix A (Field Service) to these Rules.
يتحدد جدول مرتبات موظفي فئة الخدمة الميدانية وشروط علاواتهم الدورية على النحو المبين في التذييل ألف )الخدمة الميدانية( لهذا النظام اﻹداري.

We recommend that an administrative focal point be designated within the UN Secretariat as the single entry/exit point for delisting and exemption requests (see Figure I in the Appendix A for a visual presentation how the focal point would operate.) The focal point would:

(b) any dispute between an institution listed in the Appendix A and any Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(ب) أي منازعة تنشأ بين مؤسسة مدرجة في التذييل ألف وأي طرف من الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور؛

(c) any dispute between a person represented on an institutions listed in the Appendix A and any Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(ج) أي منازعة تنشأ بين شخص ممثل في إحدى المؤسسات المدرجة في التذييل ألف وأي طرف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور.
