9. ٩- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن ينقل إلى جميع الحكومات وبخاصة الحكومات التي قامت في الماضي بزرع ألغام برية مضادة لﻷفراد في أقاليم الدول اﻷخرى دعوة اللجنة الفرعية إلى المساهمة بالتبرعات لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة ﻹزالة اﻷلغام، وللصندوق الاستئماني الطوعي للمساعدة في إزالة اﻷلغام الذي أنشئ في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٤٩٩١؛
