At the 20th plenary meeting, on 8 September 2001, the representative of Kenya, on behalf of the States participating in the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, introduced draft resolutions expressing their gratitude to the host country and to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
