While noting that some parties to armed conflict have responded to its call upon them to prepare and implement concrete time-bound action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law:
إذ يلاحظ أن بعض الأطراف في النزاع المسلح قد استجابت لدعوته الموجهة إليها لإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري:

(ii) To immediately halt all violations and abuses committed against children, in particular killing and maiming and attacks against schools in violation of applicable international law and to fully recognize and respect the civilian status of schools;

They should take strong and urgent action to bring to justice individuals responsible for the recruitment and use of children in the armed forces or armed groups, and their use in hostilities, in violation of applicable international law.

5. While noting that some parties to armed conflict have responded to its call upon them to prepare and implement concrete timebound action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law:
5 - إذ يلاحظ أن بعض الأطراف في النزاع المسلح قد استجابت لدعوته الموجهة إليها لإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري:

(b) Urging BIFF to publicly express their commitment and take active steps to end all recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and to prevent all violations and abuses committed against children, including by entering into dialogue with the United Nations.
(ب) يحث مقاتلي بانغسامورو الإسلاميين في سبيل الحرية على الإعلان عن التزامهم بوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وبمنع جميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال واتخاذ خطوات فعالة لتحقيق ذلك، تشمل الدخول في حوار مع الأمم المتحدة.

To take necessary corrective measures throughout the military hierarchy in order to prevent the recruitment and use of child soldiers in violation of applicable international law by the Sudanese armed forces, the Sudan Peoples Liberation Army and any armed group under their control and/or aligned with them,
واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية الضرورية على جميع مستويات الهرم العسكري لمنع تجنيد الجنود الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي المنطبق من جانب القوات المسلحة السودانية والجيش الشعبي لتحرير السودان وأي جماعة مسلحة خاضعة و/أو موالية لهما،

11. The Government of Nepal was urged to end impunity by criminalizing the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and by taking all the steps necessary to ensure effective accountability for violations and abuses committed against children in armed conflict, and in this regard, the importance of the roles of the police and the army were emphasized.
11 - وحُثت حكومة نيبال على وضع حد لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب بتجريم تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك لأحكام القانون الدولي المنطبقة وباتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لكفالة المساءلة الفعالة عن الانتهاكات والاعتداءات التي ترتكب ضد الأطفال في النزاع المسلح، وفي هذا الصدد، جرى التأكيد على أهمية دور الشرطة والجيش.

Ø Urge States, United Nations entities, regional and subregional organizations and other concerned parties to take appropriate measures to control illicit subregional and cross-border activities harmful to children, as well as other violations and abuses committed against children in situations of armed conflict in violation of applicable international law.
