" 4. Continue to work collaboratively with the World Bank and other organizations working in the field of insolvency law reform to ensure complementarity and avoid duplication and take into consideration the work of the Working Group VI on secured transactions; and
" 4- أن تواصل العمل بالتعاون مع البنك الدولي وسائر المؤسسات العاملة في ميدان اصلاح قانون الإعسار لضمان التكاملية وتجنّب الازدواجية ولأخذ العمل الذي يضطلع به الفريق العامل السادس المعني بالمعاملات المضمونة في الاعتبار؛

That approach to publication would emphasize not only that the work on enterprise groups was complementary and closely related to the treatment of single debtors in the Guide, but also that it was an integral part of the legislative guidance provided by UNCITRAL on insolvency law reform.

(ii) The World Bank's Finance and Private Sector Development Forum 2009 to discuss insolvency law reform and the interaction of the work by the World Bank and UNCITRAL (Washington, 25 February 2009); and
`2` منتدى البنك الدولي حول التمويل وتنمية القطاع الخاص لعام 2009 لمناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار والتفاعل بين الأعمال التي يضطلع بها كل من البنك الدولي والأونسيترال (واشنطن، 25 شباط/فبراير 2009) ؛

Participants expressed the hope that the activity currently being undertaken by international organizations in insolvency law reform would lead to better insolvency laws and institutional frameworks in the future, as well as to wider adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law.
3- أعرب المشاركون عن أملهم في أن يؤدي النشاط الذي تضطلع به المنظمات الدولية حاليا في مجال إصلاح قانون الإعسار إلى قوانين وأطر مؤسسية أفضل للإعسار، وإلى اعتماد قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي على نطاق أوسع.

(e) The Africa round table on insolvency law reform with the aim of facilitating discussion of insolvency law reform in the African region and identifying outcomes for further action.
(ه( اجتماع المائدة المستديرة الخاصة بأفريقيا بشأن إصلاح قانون الإعسار بغية تيسير مناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار في منطقة أفريقيا وتحديد النتائج المستخلَصة وما قد يلزم اتخاذه من تدابير إضافيّة في هذا الشأن.

(c) Participation as speaker at the 3rd INSOL Africa Roundtable on Insolvency law, with the aim to facilitate discussion of insolvency law reform in the African region in the context of issues of particular concern to that region, such as micro- and small enterprises, as well as to promote consideration of the need to address cross-border insolvency.
(ج) المشاركة بكلمة في المائدة المستديرة الثالثة الخاصة بأفريقيا للرابطة الدولية لأخصائيي إعادة الهيكلة والإعسار والإفلاس حول قانون الإعسار بهدف تيسير مناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار في منطقة أفريقيا في سياق المسائل ذات الاهتمام الخاص في هذه المنطقة، مثل المنشآت الصغرى والصغيرة، بالإضافة إلى التشجيع على النظر في الحاجة إلى معالجة الإعسار عبر الحدود.

Ms. Clift (Secretariat) said that the purpose of seeking the Commission's preliminary approval of the draft Legislative Guide was to complete the draft Guide as soon as possible, in view of the strong demand for a product that could be used as a key reference in insolvency law reform work.
3- السيدة كليفت (الأمانة): قالت ان الغرض من التماس موافقة اللجنة الأولية على مشروع الدليل التشريعي هو انجاز مشروع الدليل في أقرب وقت ممكن، نظرا للطلب الملح على وثيقة يمكن استخدامها كمرجع رئيسي في أعمال اصلاح قانون الإعسار.

The Secretariat anticipates that the UNCITRAL Legislative Guide on Insolvency Law will provide a reference for insolvency law reform in the region.
وتتوقّع الأمانة أن يوفّر دليل الأونسيترال التشريعي لقانون الإعسار مرجعا لإصلاح قوانين الإعسار في المنطقة.
