The Office for Outer Space Affairs, as its secretariat, continues to organize workshops dedicated to developing expertise and capacity in international and national space law and to promoting educational opportunities in space law.
ويواصل مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، بصفته أمانة اللجنة، تنظيم حلقات عمل مخصّصة لتنمية الخبرات والقدرات في ميداني قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني ولترويج فرص التعليم في ميدان قانون الفضاء.

The Subcommittee also noted with appreciation that the Workshop had made a positive contribution to the dissemination and development of international and national space law and to the promotion of the universality of the five United Nations treaties on outer space.
كما لاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بعين التقدير أن الحلقة أسهمت إيجابياً في تعميم وتطوير قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني وفي تعزيز الطابع العالمي لمعاهدات الأمم المتحدة الخمس المتعلقة بالفضاء الخارجي.

22. It was noted that the United Nations Ukraine Workshop on Space Law on the theme " Status, application and progressive development of international and national space law " was held in Kyiv from 6 to 9 November 2006.
22 - ولوحظ أن حلقة العمل المشتركة بين الأمم المتحدة وأوكرانيا حول قانون الفضاء المعنونة " وضعية قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني وتطبيقه وتطويره تدريجيا " عقدت في كييف من 6 إلى 9 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006.

Those activities might include participation in joint research with institutions in developing countries, the establishment of exchange programmes with such institutions or the provision of information and materials on international and national space law to such institutions.
ويمكن أن تشمل تلك الأنشطة المشاركة في بحوث مشتركة مع مؤسسات من البلدان النامية، ووضع برامج تبادل مع تلك المؤسسات أو تزويد تلك المؤسسات بمعلومات ومواد تتعلق بقانون الفضاء الوطني والدولي.

Consideration is also given to other international and national space activities through which the Member States in the Committee could contribute to the implementation of Agenda 21.
ويوجه الاهتمام أيضا الى غير ذلك من اﻷنشطة الفضائية الدولية والوطنية التي يمكن من خلالها للدول اﻷعضاء في اللجنة أن تساهم في تنفيذ جدول أعمال القرن ٢١.

The Spektr programme of astrophysical space research is the international and national space programme assigned top priority in the field of fundamental research.
وبرنامج سبكتر لبحوث الفضاء الفيزيائية الفلكية هو برنامج الفضاء الدولي والوطني ذو اﻷولوية العليا في ميدان البحوث اﻷساسية .

The 2004 workshop on space law, entitled " Disseminating and developing international and national space law: the Latin America and Caribbean perspective " , was co-organized and hosted by the Associação Brasileira de Direito Aeronáutico e Espacial and the Government of Brazil and was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 22 to 25 November 2004.
وقد شاركت الرابطة البرازيلية لقانون الملاحة الجوية والفضاء مع الحكومة البرازيلية في تنظيم واستضافة حلقة عمل عام 2004 بشأن قانون الفضاء حملت عنوان " نشر وتطوير قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني: وجهة نظر أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبـي " ، في ريو دي جانيرو، البرازيل، في 22 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004.

The Working Group recommended that the institutions included in the directory participate in an electronic network of institutions teaching international and national space law, which should take advantage of the institutional framework of the regional centres for space science and technology education affiliated to the United Nations, and which should be coordinated by Vassilios Cassapoglou of Greece.
9- وأوصى الفريق العامل بأن تشارك المؤسسات المدرجة في الدليل في شبكة الكترونية من مؤسسات تدريس قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني تستفيد من الاطار المؤسسي للمراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء، المنتسبة إلى الأمم المتحدة، على أن يتولى تنسيقها السيد فاسيليوس كاسابوغلو من اليونان.

In that regard, the Subcommittee noted that the series of workshops on space law organized by the Office for Outer Space Affairs served as a useful forum in which experts and authorities could share views, knowledge and experiences related to the further development of both international and national space law.
120- وفي ذلك الصدد، لاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أنّ سلسلة حلقات العمل بشأن قانون الفضاء التي ينظمها مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي تعد منتدى مفيداً يتسنى من خلاله للخبراء والسلطات تبادل وجهات النظر والمعارف والخبرات ذات الصلة بمواصلة تطوير كل من قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني.

The Subcommittee expressed its appreciation to the Government of Ukraine, the National Space Agency of Ukraine and the International Center for Space Law for co-sponsoring the United Nations/Ukraine Workshop on Space Law on the theme " Status, application and progressive development of international and national space law " , held in Kyiv from 6 to 9 November 2006 (A/AC/105/880).
57- وأعربت اللجنة الفرعية عن تقديرها لحكومة أوكرانيا ولوكالة الفضاء الوطنية الأوكرانية وللمركز الدولي لقانون الفضاء، لاشتراكها في تنظيم حلقة العمل المشتركة بين الأمم المتحدة وأوكرانيا حول قانون الفضاء، التي كان موضوعها " حالة قانون الفضاء الدولي والوطني وتطبيقهما وتطويرهما تدريجياً " ، والتي عقدت في كييف من 6 إلى 9 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2006 (A/AC.105/880).

50- وأعربت اللجنة الفرعية عن تقديرها للرابطة البرازيلية لقانون الملاحة الجوية والفضاء وحكومة البرازيل لاشتراكهما في رعاية حلقة العمل المشتركة بين الأمم المتحدة والبرازيل حول قانون الفضاء وموضوعها " صوغ وتعميم قانوني الفضاء الدولي والوطني: منظور أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبـي " ، التي عقدت من 22 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 في ريو دي جانيرو، البرازيل (انظر الوثيقة A/AC.105/847).

That delegation expressed the view that the Subcommittee should identify norms of international law that required immediate development to keep pace with those changes and should promote exchange of information on national space laws and application of laws during international and national space projects.
ورأى الوفد الذي أبدى ذلك الرأي أنه ينبغي للجنة الفرعية أن تحدد قواعد القانون الدولي التي تتطلب تطويرا فوريا لمواكبة هذه المتغيرات وأنه ينبغي لها تشجيع تبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بقوانين الفضاء الوطنية وتطبيق القوانين خلال تنفيذ المشاريع الفضائية الدولية والوطنية.
