In this connection, we invite the International Committee of the Red Cross to take the initiative in coordinating a worldwide effort, together with Governments and with regional and international organizations, for the introduction of the teaching of international humanitarian law in African colleges and police and military academies.
وفي هذا الصدد فإننا ندعو لجنة الصليب اﻷحمر الدولية إلى أن تبادر بتنسيق جهد دولي واسع مع المنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية والحكومات لتدريس القانون اﻹنساني الدولي في الجامعات اﻷفريقية وفي المعاهد العسكرية والشرطية اﻷفريقية.

“3. Reminds the Government of the Republic of Croatia of its responsibility to allow access for representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross to members of the local Serb forces who are detained by the Croatian Government forces;

Invites the International Committee of the Red Cross to continue to report on activities undertaken by the Committee and other relevant bodies with regard to the protection of the environment in times of armed conflict, so that the information received may be included in the report to be prepared pursuant to paragraph 5 above;
١٢ - تدعو لجنة الصليب اﻷحمر الدولية إلى مواصلة اﻹبلاغ عن اﻷنشطة التي تضطلع بها اللجنة وغيرها من الهيئات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بحماية البيئة في أوقات النزاع المسلح، حتى يتسنى إدراج المعلومات التي ترد في هذا الشأن في التقرير المقرر إعداده عملا بالفقرة ٥ أعلاه من هذا القرار؛
