" To put an end to impunity and to ensure, as it is duty-bound to do, that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process and to carry out urgently a comprehensive reform of the judicial system; "

" (f) To put an end to impunity and to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process;
" (و) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية؛

(f) To put an end to impunity and to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process;
(و) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية؛

It invites UN Member States to support efforts to bring an end to this conflict so that peace and security can be restored to the region and the rule of law reestablished, and to ensure that those responsible for serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law are brought to justice.
ويدعو المجلس الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة إلى مساندة الجهود الرامية إلى إنهاء هذا الصراع كي يتسنى إعادة السلام والأمن إلى المنطقة وإرساء سيادة القانون، وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة.

(د) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وأداء واجبها الذي يحتم عليها كفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للمعايير الإجرائية الدولية السارية، والتعجيل بإجراء إصلاح شامل لنظام القضاء والسجون؛
