It was also suggested that the sentence " some concern was expressed that the inclusion of a provision governing the conduct of the conciliation could have the unintended effect of inviting Parties to seek annulment of the settlement agreement by alleging unfair treatment " should be deleted since it was unnecessary to advise the parties in that respect.
كما اقترح حذف الجملة " وقد أعرب عن بعض القلق من أن ادراج حكم يخضع له تسيير اجراءات التوفيق يمكن أن ينطوي على مفعول غير مقصود في دعوة الطرفين إلى الغاء الاتفاق على التسوية بادعاء حدوث معاملة غير منصفة " ، لأنه من غير الضروري ارشاد الطرفين في هذا الخصوص.
