85- وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تكفل، لدى إعادة صياغة مشروع الفقرة، أن يركز النص على مسائل التعاقد الإلكتروني وأن يتفادى التكرار غير الضروري للعبارات المستمدة من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة للبيع.

47- رأى الفريق العامل أنه قد يكون من الأفضل تناول أنواع مسائل التعاقد الالكتروني المطروحة ضمن اطار هذه الاتفاقية في سياق مداولاته حول صوغ صك دولي يعالج بعض مسائل التعاقد الالكتروني.

In favour of the deletion of the draft paragraph, it was pointed out that the provision did not specifically address the issues of electronic contracting to which the draft convention should confine itself.
103- وتأييدا لحذف مشروع الفقرة، أشير إلى أن الحكم لا يتناول على وجه التحديد مسائل التعاقد الالكتروني التي ينبغي أن ينحصر فيها مشروع الاتفاقية.

وقبلت اللجنة بتلك الآراء وقررت أن يعقد الاجتماع الأول للفريق العامل بشأن مسائل التعاقد الالكتروني في الربع الأول من عام 2002.(6)

The Commission noted with appreciation that the Working Group had continued its consideration of a preliminary draft convention dealing with selected issues of electronic contracting and reaffirmed its belief that an international instrument dealing with certain issues of electronic contracting would be a useful contribution that would facilitate the use of modern means of communication in cross-border commercial transactions.
69- ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أن الفريق العامل قد واصل النظر في مشروع أوّلي لاتفاقية تتناول مسائل مختارة تتعلق بالتعاقد الإلكتروني، وأكدت مجددا اعتقادها أن وضع صك دولي يتناول بعض مسائل التعاقد الإلكتروني سيشكّل مساهمة مفيدة من شأنها أن تيسر استعمال وسائل الاتصال الحديثة في المعاملات التجارية عبر الحدود.
