After a discussion in which Ms. Arce de Jeannet (Mexico), Mr. Bar (Israel), Mr. Du Preez (South Africa) and Mr. Sandage (United States of America) participated, the Chairman suggested that only those proposals submitted to the Secretariat in a note verbale within one week would be considered as formal documents of the Conference.
