٠٤- تحث بقوة جميع الحكومات على ضمان احترام كافة حقوق اﻹنسان وحرياته اﻷساسية، وبشكل خاص الحق في الحياة، وعلى اتخاذ التدابير العاجلة للحيلولة دون قتل أطفال الشوارع ومكافحة تعذيبهم وارتكاب العنف ضدهم؛

Ms. LOVO HERNÁNDEZ (Nicaragua) said that extrajudicial executions were not practised in Nicaragua, and certainly not the killing of street children or young people, who were among the Government's highest priorities.
