In order to establish the necessary legal guarantees to protect freedom of religion and conscience and also to improve the legislation of Turkmenistan on religious organizations, I decree:

During the meeting it was stated that the State does not interfere with religious matters and that the legislation of Turkmenistan in the field of religious freedoms is being improved.

A person detained under paragraph 2 of this article must be released if no request for his extradition is received within the period specified under the legislation of Turkmenistan.

3. Persons who disseminate information referred to in paragraph 2 of this article shall be prosecuted under the current legislation of Turkmenistan.

1. Compensation shall be paid under the legislation of Turkmenistan for injury to the health or damage to the property of persons listed in article 20 of this Act resulting from their participation in combating terrorism.

3. In the event that a person participating in combating terrorism suffers serious injury in the course of an anti-terrorist operation entailing subsequent disability, he shall be paid a one-time benefit payment from the State budget, and an allowance shall be awarded pursuant to the legislation of Turkmenistan.
3 - وفي حالة تعرض شخص من المشاركين في مكافحة الإرهاب، أثناء تنفيذه عملية من عمليات مكافحة الإرهاب، لتشوه يخلف عجزا، يصرف لذلك الشخص بدل نقدي إجمالي من ميزانية الدولة، كما يمنح بدل عجز وفقا لأحكام قوانين تركمانستان.

4. In the event that a person participating in combating terrorism suffers injury in the course of an anti-terrorist operation not entailing subsequent disability, he shall be paid a one-time benefit payment from the State budget in the amount established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
4 - وفي حالة تعرض شخص من المشاركين في مكافحة الإرهاب، أثناء تنفيذه عملية من عمليات مكافحة الإرهاب، لإصابة لا تخلف عجزا، يصرف لذلك الشخص بدل نقدي إجمالي من ميزانية الدولة بالقيمة المحددة في قوانين تركمانستان.

1. The establishment of an armed unit not provided for in the legislation of Turkmenistan and the leadership of such a unit shall be punishable by imprisonment for 3 to 8 years.
1 - يعاقب على تنظيم وحدة عسكرية لا تنص عليها التشريعات التركمانية وقيادة هذه الوحدة بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 3 و 8 سنوات.
