Enka thus claims that it should receive the costs of maintaining these letters of guarantee up to the present day.The Contract required the Consortium to maintain these letters of guarantee in favour of the Employer until the completion of the Project.
ومن ثم تطالب الشركة بتكاليف الابقاء على خطابات الضمان هذه حتى اﻵن. ٨٦١- ويشترط العقد احتفاظ الكونسورتيوم بخطابات الضمان هذه لصالح صاحب العمل إلى حين إنجاز المشروع.
