Saudi Arabia welcomed the increased appropriations for information and communication technologies (ICTs) and shared the Advisory Committee's opinion that the time had come to use results-based budgeting to improve management and accountability in the Secretariat.
والعربية السعودية ترحب بزيادة المخصصات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتشاطر اللجنة الاستشارية الرأي بأن الوقت قد حان لاستخدام الميزنة على أساس النتائج من أجل تحسين الإدارة والمساءلة في الأمانة.

In its resolution 64/243, the General Assembly stressed that " improved implementation of results-based budgeting enhances both management and accountability in the Secretariat " , and encouraged me to continue my efforts in this regard and requested me to further improve the results-based budgeting framework.
