To make this clear, I shall mention the names of those members from among the Latin American and Caribbean States that cannot be voted for in the present balloting: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Honduras, Saint Lucia, Suriname and Venezuela.
وتوضيحا لذلك، سأذكر أسماء الدول اﻷعضاء من بين دول أمريكا اللاتينية والبحر الكاريبي التي لا يجوز التصويت لها في الاقتراع الحالي وهي: البرازيل، بوليفيا، سانت لوسيا، سورينام، فنزويلا، كوبا، كوستاريكا، كولومبيا، هندوراس.

8. Credentials Committee. The draft rules of procedure provide in rule 4 for the establishment at the beginning of the Conference of a Credentials Committee consisting of nine members from among the representatives of participating States to be appointed by the Conference on the proposal of the President.

3. The Economic and Social Council, in its decision 2014/201 A of 23 April 2014, decided to reverse the sequence of election of members of the Board for the election in 2014 so that the election of five members from among candidates nominated by Governments would be held first.
٣ - وقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في قراره 2014/201 ألف، المؤرخ 23 نيسان/أبريل 2014، عكس تسلسل انتخاب أعضاء المجلس حتى يتسنى القيام أولا بانتخاب خمسة أعضاء من بين المرشحين الذين رشحتهم الحكومات.

(b) Four members from among the eight States Parties which have made the largest investments in preparation for and in the conduct of activities in the Area, either directly or through their nationals;
)ب( أربعة أعضاء من بين الدول اﻷطراف الثماني التي لها أكبر الاستثمارات في التحضير لﻷنشطة في المنطقة وفي اجرائها، إما مباشرة أو عن طريق رعاياها؛

x At its 12th meeting, on 23 April 2014, the Council decided that, for this particular election, the sequencing of the election of the members of the Board be reversed so that the election of five members from among the candidates nominated by Governments would be first (see decision 2014/201 A).
(خ) في الجلسة 12، المعقودة في 23 نيسان/أبريل 2014، قرر المجلس بالنسبة لهذا الانتخاب بالذات أن يتم عكس الترتيب الزمني لانتخاب أعضاء المجلس حتى يُنتخب أولا خمسة أعضاء من بين المرشحين الذين سمتهم الحكومات (انظر المقرر 2014/201 ألف).
