5. The paragraph 4.1 of the Development Concept " Azerbaijan 2020: Vision to the Future " approved by the Presidential Decree of 29 December 2012, confirms the simplification of migration procedures.

51- ومن العلامات البارزة أيضاً مبادرة قانون حماية المهاجرين الذي تنص المادة 20 منه على احترام الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية بشأن الإنصاف الجنساني وغيرها من الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات المتعلقة بتجنُّب التهميش على أساس الجنس وإقامة أنشطة لتجنُّب الانتهاكات في إجراءات الهجرة وأي معاملة أخرى لا إنسانية ومهينة للمرأة المهاجرة، سواء كانت موثَّقة أو غير موثَّقة.
