وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً، واضعـة في اعتبارها توصيتها العامة رقم 25 (2000) المتعلقة بأبعاد التمييز العنصري المتعلقة بنوع الجنس، بأن تولي الدولة الطرف اهتماماً خاصاً لحالة المرأة العربية في هذا الشأن.

Bearing in mind its general recommendation No. 29 (2002) on descent, the Committee recalls that discrimination on grounds of descent is fully covered by the Convention.

Bearing in mind its general recommendation 15 (1993) on organized violence based on ethnic origin and general recommendation 7 (1985) relating to the legislation to eradicate racial discrimination, the Committee recommends that the State party take the necessary steps to satisfy the requirements of article 4 (b) of the Convention.

Bearing in mind its general recommendation No. 25 (2000) on gender-related dimensions of racial discrimination, the Committee recommends that the State party provide data on difficulties experienced by Sinti and Roma women as well as migrant women, and that it provide information on measures taken to guarantee to these women equal enjoyment of their rights under the Convention.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، واضعة في الاعتبار توصيتها العامة رقم 25(2000) بشأن أبعاد التمييز العنصري المتعلقة بنوع الجنس، بتقديم بيانات عن مختلف الصعوبات التي تواجهها المرأة في جماعتي السنتي والروما وكذلك المرأة المهاجرة، وأن تقدم معلومات عن التدابير المتخذة لضمان تمتع المرأة في هاتين الجماعتين على قدم المساواة مع الغير بحقوقها بموجب الاتفاقية.
