3. The third group, consisting of six inspectors and led by Robert Kelley, set out from the Canal Hotel at 0830 hours. At 0955 hours it reached the site of the Furat State Enterprise for Chemical Industries (Ministry of Industry and Mining).

At 1240 hours the team arrived at the Ministry of Industry and Mining's yeast plant in Mosul. It asked about the plant's activities, and its questions were answered.

2. A second group, consisting of 11 inspectors, left the Canal Hotel in Baghdad at 0845 hours, and at 0912 hours it arrived at the Ibn Sina Research Centre belonging to the Ministry of Industry and Mining and located in the Bab al-Mu'azzam district of Baghdad.

The group, consisting of nine inspectors led by Mr. William Jolley, left the Canal Hotel at 0830 hours. At 0920 hours it arrived at the oxidizer production plant belonging to the Raya Centre, one of the Ministry of Industry and Mining's enterprises.
