34. The Committee recommends the State party make greater efforts to remove all administrative and financial obstacles that deter parents from registering their children and ensure free and timely registration of births, especially in remote rural areas, and encourages the establishment of mobile registration offices and of registration units in schools and health facilities.
34- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف ببذل مزيد من الجهود لإزالة جميع العوائق الإدارية والمالية التي تمنع الآباء من تسجيل أبنائهم وكفالة تسجيل المواليد بالمجان وفي حينه، خاصة في المناطق الريفية النائية، والتشجيع على إنشاء مكاتب تسجيل متنقلة ووحدات تسجيل في المدارس والمرافق الصحية.

(b) Take all necessary measures to increase the birth registration rate, including by establishing mobile registration offices in particular in rural areas and undertaking a campaign aimed at registering all children who have not yet been registered and who do not have birth certificates;
