At its 41st meeting, on 9 December, the Committee had before it a draft resolution entitled " Information and communication technologies for development " (A/C.2/64/L.62), submitted by the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee, Mohamed Chérif Diallo (Guinea), on the basis of informal consultations on draft resolution A/C.2/64/L.26.
