Notes with appreciation the valuable work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur on Disability of the Commission for Social Development, and welcomes the second round of monitoring the implementation of the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and the cooperation of the Special Rapporteur with the Commission on Human Rights and especially with the Committee on the Rights of the Child;
