Upon instructions from my Government and following my letters dated 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25 April 2012, I would like to draw your attention to the following:

As stated in my letters dated 15 September 2007 to Member States, no agreement has been reached on either of these two subjects.

Further to my letters dated 18 and 29 January, 15 and 28 February and 6, 20 and 24 March 2008 (A/62/657 and Add.1-6), I have the honour to inform you that Benin has made the payment necessary to reduce its arrears below the amount specified in Article 19 of the Charter of the United Nations.

However, I should like to remind members that the texts of the draft decision and the draft resolution have been made available to delegations as annexes to my letters dated 2 June 1998 to all Permanent Representatives.

Further to my letters dated 11 and 20 January 2005 (A/59/668 and Add.1), I have the honour to inform you that Paraguay has made the payment necessary to reduce its arrears below the amount specified in Article 19 of the Charter of the United Nations.

In my recent correspondence and particularly in my letters dated 10 and 25 January 2011, I did draw your attention to this trend and shared with you concrete proof of this strategy while presenting to you its dangerous consequences for the whole process.

Further to my letters dated 4 February and 23 March 1998 (A/52/785 and Corr.1 and Add.1), I have the honour to inform you that Djibouti and Sierra Leone have made the necessary payments to reduce their arrears below the amount specified in Article 19 of the Charter.
إلحاقا برسالتيّ المؤرختين ٤ شباط/فبراير و ٢٣ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٨ A/52/785) و Corr.1 و Add.1(، أتشـــرف بإبلاغكــم بأن جيبوتي وسيراليون قد دفعتا المبالغ اللازمة لخفض ما عليهما من متأخرات إلى ما دون المبلغ المحدد في المادة ١٩ من الميثاق.

A detailed account of the implementation of the six-point plan was presented in my report to the Security Council on the implementation of Council resolution 2043 (2012) (S/2012/523), as well as my letters dated 25 and 27 May 2012 to the Council (S/2012/363 and S/2012/368).
