The Committee therefore encourages the Government of Sri Lanka to consider ratifying the treaties to which it is not yet a party, namely the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The Committee therefore encourages the Government of Maldives to consider ratifying the treaty to which it is not yet a party, namely, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
وبالتالي، تحض اللجنة حكومة ملديف على النظر في التصديق على المعاهدة التي ليست طرفا فيها بعد، أي الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم.

This important instrument is intended as a fourth pillar, next to three IMO Conventions - namely the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS); the International Conventions on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978 (STCW); and the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL).
والمقصود هو جعل هذا الصك الهام بمثابة ركيزة رابعة، إلى جانب ثلاث اتفاقيات من اتفاقيات المنظمة البحرية الدولية - هي الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية الأرواح في البحر لعام 1974، والاتفاقية الدولية لمعايير التدريب والترخيص والمراقبة المتعلقة بالبحارة لعام 1978، والاتفاقية الدولية لمنع التلوث الناجم عن السفن.
