102. The role of rural women as major actors in sustainable agricultural production, natural resource management and food security will require more than stated acknowledgement but establishment of specific mechanisms, ranging from the legal to the technological, to ensure their access to social and economic benefits from national and international policies and programmes in rural development.
١٠٢- ويتطلب قيام المرأة الريفية بدورها كطرف رئيسي فعال في الانتاج الزراعي المستدام، وإدارة الموارد الطبيعية وتحقيق اﻷمن الغذائي أكثر من مجرد الاعتراف الصريح بذلك الدور بل انه يقتضي انشاء آليات محددة، من قانونية وتكنولوجية، لضمان امكانية حصولها على المنافع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الناشئة عن السياسات والبرامج الوطنية والدولية في مجال التنمية الريفية.

4. The plan of action covered four types of joint activity: raising awareness about employment and decent work as an effective development strategy for poverty eradication; strengthening capacity-building; sharing good practices in promoting employment and decent work nationally and internationally; and supporting the integration of decent work towards poverty eradication into national and international policies and programmes.
